All the biological samples for testing are collected and processed on site to ensure that they are in optimum conditions for analysis. Ultimately it reduces the risk of contamination or damage when samples are transported from one place to another.

Ideally, we recommend that all samples are taken before 9 a.m. This allows fasting blood sampling for certain tests and also ensures that results are not delayed.

Similarly, some specialized tests may take 2-3 days to complete. Therefore, it is recommended that patients who need these results to see their doctor, come to us a few days before their appointment.
